How far in advance do I need to book? expand_more

We can often accommodate same-week bookings. For recurring service or specific dates, we recommend booking 3–5 days ahead to secure your preferred time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning? expand_more

No. Many clients provide a key or door code and let us work independently. We'll send a confirmation when we arrive and again when we're done.

Can I reschedule or cancel? expand_more

Yes — just give us 24 hours notice and there's no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover our team's reserved time.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined? expand_more

Pricing is based on home size (bedrooms and bathrooms), service type, and frequency. We provide transparent, itemized quotes with no hidden fees.

Do recurring clients get a discount? expand_more

Yes. Weekly clients receive our best rate, bi-weekly clients receive a moderate discount, and monthly clients receive a small discount off the standard rate.

When do I pay? expand_more

Payment is collected after each cleaning via card on file. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

The Cleaning

Do you bring your own supplies? expand_more

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and all necessary tools. If you have a product preference, just let us know.

Are your products safe for pets and children? expand_more

Absolutely. We use non-toxic, low-VOC solutions that are safe for families and pets. If you have specific sensitivities, mention them in your booking notes.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning? expand_more

Standard cleaning covers routine maintenance — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens. Deep cleaning goes further: inside appliances, cabinet interiors, baseboards, ceiling fans, and hard-to-reach areas. Most new clients start with a deep clean.

Will I have the same cleaners each visit? expand_more

We make every effort to assign you a consistent team. You'll be notified in advance if there's ever a change.
